So this happened...

I was just casually browsing comicbookmovie.com today when I came across something awesome and potentially mind-blowing. Salt Lake Comic Con is now the third largest Comic Con in the nation. And not only that, but Stan "The Man" Lee himself declared our Con the "best in the world." I'm pretty sure that is the highest compliment someone or something can ever get from Stan Lee (also known as the creator of everything good in the world).

Also, just a side note, the bottom of the article mentions a girl who talked to the author after his Guardians of the Galaxy panel at SLCC and got cool swag. That girl is.... wait for it.... me! That was definitely me who went up to him after and told him how awesome his site is and that I'm a huge fan. He (Nathan Best, President of ComicBookMovie.com) proceeded to give me a Rocket Raccoon bobble-head and a ComicBookMovie.com t-shirt. It was the ultimate highlight of my weekend. I definitely didn't cry... but I almost did.

P.S. I've decided to start with the Guardians of the Galaxy comics in celebration of my sweet Rocket Raccoon bobble-head. I will read Issue #1 tomorrow and will post my reaction soon after. Until then, try and have reflexes so fast that nothing will go over your head.
